The Reel Doc provides much needed maintenance and repair to Abu-Garcia,
Shimano, and Quantum freshwater baitcasters by a trained technician. My emphasis is on quality work and parts as well as
a quick turnaround. No one wants to be without their favorite reel for extended periods of time. As a lifelong fisherman
myself, I know all too well the importance of having your reel in tip-top shape. I want you to have confidence in your decision

How it works:
1. Contact The Reel Doc at 704-953-8259 or by
email, butch@thereeldoc.com to discuss reel problems.
Ship reel to the Reel Doc by UPS/FEDEX or USPS Priority Mail. You
need to include a note concerning what type of service your reel needs, ie: repair or maintenance.
2. Be sure to prepay
for return shipping and insurance for the value of reel before shipping to:

3. Your reel will be professionally cleaned with ultrasonic cleaner, using bio-degradable cleaners and lubricated
with TG's Super Lube grease and Rocket Fuel. I use Smoothie drags and Shimano drag grease on Shimano reels.
4. No parts
will be replaced on your reel until you approve work to be done. All defective parts will be returned to you.
5. Your
reel will be returned to you ASAP along with the invoice for work provided.
6. Once you receive your serviced reel and
invoice, you are expected to inspect your reel and be completely satisfied.
7. Upon completion of inspection you then
send payment by check.
